Express cheese caramel cake
- 3 quesitos in portions (I put 4)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- caramel liquid
- 1 yogurt
- Taking as a measure the yogurt container:
- 1 container of sugar
- 1 container of flour
- 3 milk container
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (optional)
Caramelize a mold suitable for microwaves, distributing liquid caramel well. This step in addition to giving color and flavor will facilitate the demolding.
I have used a round container of 20.5 cm in diameter x 5 cm high and it has come right for these quantities.
We put all the ingredients in the blender jar or in a bowl and we beat everything very well, so that we do not have any crumbs and the ingredients mix well.
We pour the mixture over the caramelised mold and take it to the microwave. Cook for 12 minutes at maximum power. (My microwave has a maximum power of 1000 w)
After 12 minutes, we check the cake with a skewer to see if it is made. This has to come out a little wet (it's a cheesecake) but no remains. If you see that you need a couple of minutes more, reconnect the microwave to maximum power.
Let it cool in the mold until the moment of serving. If we are going to consume it later or the next day, it must be left in the refrigerator.
We can serve it as it is or with a layer of jam (better a little lower with water) over, with cream, with chocolate , with ice cream ... in any case it will be delicious
I have used skimmed milk, which is what I usually consume, but you can use whole or semi-skimmed.
The yogurt I have used is skimmed natural sweetened, but you can use whole, Greek ... and even flavors.
If you want to use a lemon, I advise you to add the lemon zest instead of vanilla; it will be delicious.

The flour that is used is unleavened wheat flour.
If you want you can make the homemade caramel, just have the precaution not to put too hot in the mold if it is plastic (no problem with silicone) To make the candy, you have to put a couple of tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan, with a tablespoon of water.In that case, better start again) and pour it over the mold, distributing it well throughout the base.
An ideal cake for incidentals, to pamper yourself, to entertain our guests ... I assure you that you will repeat it many times; so keep the recipe safe;)
